field trip.

school day.

the boy and i went on a field trip.

keeper of the plains.

i've never taken him down by the river,

for obvious reasons.

he had fun exploring.

the design of the bridge made him think

of captain hook's pirate ship,

'cause he kept calling it that. :)

the arkansas river is very low these days.

saying "hi" to the caterpillar.

i was trying to get a shot of him on the "big steps",

as he called them.

he found an ant and wanted to blow it away.

the keeper of the plains.

i introduced him to the troll under the grate.

he was pretty tuckered out from our adventure.

fell asleep in the truck.

at 11 am.

that's unheard of for him. :)

oh, and justin called me last night to brag 

that he was on his way to his uncle's house in cali. 

hannah sent me a message saying she's hooked him

up with a lemon cupcake w raspberry cream cheese

frosting.

i need hannah to move here.

better yet, don't.

i'm headin' to the dr. next week for a physical...

i'm getting old soon, ya know...

and a possible test to see if i'm diabetic

like the rest of the anderson's.

awesome.

should be a fun time had by all.
