Sunday, we skipped church(I know, we're bad) and had some family time at the zoo! However, it was the hottest day ever ( and we were only there 9-11 a.m.), so I was really missing the air conditioned church!!
One of the local airplane plants is going on strike this week, so we knew that he would be busy with that!!!!!
National Night Out is this Tuesday, so to help promote that, they had a half price day at the zoo! They had police officers and firemen there, as well. Emily got to check out the truck and we even ran into daddy's friends!
The kids loved the barn and petting zoo area. Emily was not fond of the smell. She told Justin it was "stanky"! :)

Joe Seitz, Jason Dautrich and Justin with the fire truck...because firemen need heroes, too. Jason and Joe work in Community Affairs with the Police Dept. Jason(and his wife, Heather...the manager) also drives limos with Justin.
