the artsy, craftsy kind??

I LOVE THEM.

when someone else is doing them.

i love the beginning photo and the finished photo.

i hate the in between.

so here are some new projects that i will be

tackling.

when?? 

that's something we may need to start taking bets on.

i was texting my buddy leslie in oklahoma on the way home from missouri

today, and we were chatting about my finds.

this is my $3 chair.

it has great bones, just needs a little facelift.

(i promise i will take photos of the rest of my goodies,

but as of right now i'm barely unpacked. )

the plans include spray paint and new fabric.

karsten and heidi helped me sand it yesterday,

so the hard part is complete!

apparently it's suppose to snow this weekend, though,

so i will not be painting soon.

project #2: t-shirts

the kids shirts are planned out....

i just don't have a sewing machine.

whatever.

the 'c' shirt is chloe's.

heidi's already done with it.

so cute.

project #3: headboard.

we visited my fave place, madget demolition on monday in search for 2 doors

and 2 headers for the kids beds.

we left with one door and one header for em's bed.

i realized mid-search that we hadn't measured the space between the window and wall where

aiden's headboard would sit.

oh, well.

emily's door is similar to this one, only it's a dark stained door.

again, i promise to get some photos taken of everything!

in the meantime, if you'd like to volunteer to come and finish these

projects for me..... : )
