justin made it home from his two week annual training.
he was suppose to be home late sunday night,
but a cancelled flight turned it into monday afternoon.
he's not a fan of frontier airlines.
please don't bring it up.
haha.
i always love hearing his stories of hanging out with the
navy boys.
the ridiculous jokes they play on each other.
the quarters they spend their time in.
the mice running over them as they sleep.
so glad i wasn't camping with them.
thankfully the boy came home in the late afternoon...
he likes to tell you EVERYTHING that happened in one sitting.
late night flights mean slumber parties and talking
all night.
i'm too old for slumber parties.
while he was gone, he had his training orders approved.
he'll be gone for 83 days,
working on a base, completing training that
he's been wanting to do before he deploys.
also, when he checked in at the navy reserve office today,
he found his orders for deployment waiting for him.
nothing was changed from what we were previously told,
so that is good.
it's nice to finally have it in writing!
