balloons are for clowns.

dear daddy--

we miss you during the day.

we know that you wonder what we do while we're

at home,

 so here's what we did today.

mommy wasn't looking, so we tried to do this very

quietly.

mommy had tied our balloons up so we couldn't

play with them.

she said it was because they would float up to the 10 ft.

ceiling in the living room and she wouldn't be able

to get them back down.

we knew that wasn't true.

 we didn't listen to her,

and pulled a balloon off the secured knob

so we could play with it....

and it floated to the ceiling,

just like mommy said it would.

so of course we had to go after it!

ottomans are clearly not high enough.

not even with a pillow on them.

or a bucket.

books!!! we need lots of books!!!

aiden, go get some more!

kids, don't try this at home.

these books are too slippery.

we need to push some off.

{did they ever get the balloon down??

nope.

but i got some funny photos and had

a great time watching them. }
