dearest justin--
there's ridiculous amount of jumping in the pool going on
in this post.
and a lot of photos.
today we start the slideshow with chloe.
she went in to take a nap and will not appear in any pool shots,
so i wanted to include the strawberry eating shot. :)
plus she told me take a pic of her and i think she would
be devastated if she didn't see it on here!
as i told you,
your daughter "swam" from the shallow end to the deep end.
people,
this is a huge accomplishment...
1. she's been scared to death to go to the deep end WITH anyone,
let alone by herself.
2. do you see how she's on her back??
scared to death to be on her back.
3. she's holding her ears cause she hates water in them.
freaks out at bath time cause of it.
4. she did this without anyone egging her on to do it.
i loved it.
k-man made a boat out of noodles.
hail to the navy, i think. :) haha.
aiden was all about uncle ja today.
they had fun!

i have so many side shots,
thought i'd try a different angle today.
your son makes me so nervous.
i have to completely forget he's my kid when he does this.
do you see how his feet hang off the end of the board??
what you can't see is his hopping.
he would stop and do little hops at the end of the board!
oh, and the face plants into the water were hilarious!
he just kept on going, though!!!
you know,
if i had a canon t2i,
i could video these moments.
just sayin'.
jason was being a troll.
he'd go after aiden everytime he jumped in.
you know how he doesn't touch the ground when you play
"scary hide-n-seek"??
it's kinda like that in the water.
hilarious.
do you see that smirk??
papa asked him where the troll was.
he said, "under the board, papa."
the boy WILL go on deployments with you.
there's no question.
papa can shave his head.
he was such a whyte boy today.
i questioned myself many times ...
and why i was not an excessive drinker.
the only thing i could think of was
that it's too expensive to drink.
that's it.
oh, that boy.
he didn't have a little swimmer on
and i told him at one point to get out to go potty.
he sat in the middle of the pool and refused to move.
of course i didn't have my suit on
or i would've jumped ON him in the pool.
after his stunt at target tonight,
i told him i was gonna tell papa
and he wasn't gonna be able to swim.
he got real quiet and started apologizing,
as did emily.
haha.
we finally kicked your son off the board so k-man could play.
aiden kept burping,
he ingested so much water.
your dad put 2 bags of salt in it TODAY,
so i'm sure it tasted like ocean water. :)
karsten was cracking me up on the board.
k-man, i may have to print this board pic for you!

here's super tan man...
look at that tan line.
k-man asked me why i wasn't tan today.
he didn't understand when i said i don't have the
ability to tan.
so, i told him it was cause i was swedish.
jason pulled out the pigment portion of the convo and tried
to explain it to him.
i should've told him that it was something that
he needed to start praying to God about every night.
for me to be tan.
i hate being so pale.
as i mentioned in the text,
it rained.
hailed.
i was praying that there would be softball
sized hail.
i want that truck to be demolished.
here's my awesome sunburn to end my less than awesome day.
this is why you need to come home.
i can't put sunscreen on my back!!
oh and baby, can you see the white hair??
seriously.
i need justine to fix it!!
mimi and aiden were rubbing their eyes in the pool,
so the sunscreen rubbed off, too.
even though i put it on them twice.
he has only one cheek pink.
she has one and a partial.
she did do a great job of putting aloe on me, though!! :)
tomorrow aunt tari is watching aiden
(haha--sucker!!!)
and emily and i are going to morgan whitcomb's birthday party.
i will, of course, have my camera. :)
i'm turning my phone off while aiden's
with tari,
so you may receive some hate text messages from her. :)
