justin received a very small birthday present

yesterday....

he got to meet his almost 3 wk old 'nephew', andre.

andre's mom, ashley, as most of you have heard,

is one of his best friends from high school and the

first of his friends from his maize gang

to become a parent.

and boy did she give birth to a handsome little guy!

aiden really enjoyed holding baby andre.  he's been talking about it a lot, too.

i may be a little bias, but he looks so precious holding his little 'cousin' with his daddy.

emily kept talking to andre in her super high pitch. hilarious.

justin snapped a couple of me with andre, too.
i was telling andre all about what his 'aunts and uncles'(the maize gang, that is) were going to teach him someday and how i was more fun than aunt amber.  i'm a mean mom, but a fun aunt(i'm sure my sister is reading this, yelling at the computer, "WHATEVER!!!" hahahahahaha).  it was meant to be funny, so you all can laugh!!

aunt amber was in town to help her sister with her 3 kids this weekend, so she got to come by and meet little andre for the first time, too!  LOVE seeing amber...she is always hysterical with my kids.

new daddy sequius seems to be doing so well with his little boy.   every visit with him makes me more and more excited to have him in our little 'spouses of maize high alumni gang'. :)  i love seeing his personality come out as he becomes more like family with us.  i'm so glad he's married to ashley!!
