ah, thanksgiving.

i am thankful for the new range that we were able to purchase this year.  it has saved my sanity.

and baker's chocolate.  i keep it on hand.

my daughter's cd player.  that i can just yank it out of her room and use it in the kitchen to listen to florence and the machine while i bake. :)

for one piece fleece jammies.  they are the cutest.

i've been trying to get things together for emily's birthday party with the family.  it's so hard to have stuff over thanksgiving.
emily's party will be alice in wonderland themed.
she's thrilled.  my mom is making her an alice doll, too.
she's been begging me for one, but no toy company has ever made them.

oh, i am thankful for paramount antique mall. we are good friends.
i saw these chairs last weekend and started to walk away fast.  i have a thing for chairs, stools, tables, dressers....
all the expensive stuff.  i knew i couldn't afford a $30 chair,
but when i saw the tag "$30 for the PAIR!"...i snatched them up so fast it made the 4 people in the area look over at me.  lol.  i love them. the mismatched stools are now in my studio.  i thought maybe these chairs would be in there, but they are too tall for my table.

tonight i was waiting for tari to come over and i saw this redness shining outside.  what a beautiful sky!

i am thankful for my tall friend.  she is amazing.  however, she helped my husband eat the majority of the chocolate/peanut butter yummies i made for emily's party. darn kids. :) but she also got my lights up for me.  i wish i could have video taped emily "reading" books to her after the lights were up.  it was hilarious.

tari put up lights.  i think he's thankful to her, too,

that he didn't have to hang them for me. :))

and her awesome high school sweetheart.
