lazy

i've spent almost an hour debating whether or not i wanted to take the time to get my memory card out of the camera, load it up and add the pics i wanted to use on this post. i'm just too lazy. i'm so lazy i'm not even taking the time to hit shift and use capitalization. oh, well. honestly, at first i just didn't want to get up and go back up the stairs to get it. i was just upstairs 5 minutes ago to make the kids popcorn(they are now my best friends, by the way), but forgot to grab my purse, where my camera is hiding, and bring the card down here. ugh. so for now this post has no pictures. i will edit them in later. sigh. three reasons for this post:

1. i took pictures of my mother-in-laws nose today. not bad looking at all. i was a little disappointed. i mean, i'm glad that she's not dealing with looking too weird while being in pain, but there's not much to show for her first broken nose. it's a little crooked and bent up, a small scabby cut on her nose and slight bruising on one side, but other than that, she looks fine. she has surgery tomorrow morning. i will take some more pictures after that! :) justin told her she had a witch's nose. what a bad son. it's really not bad looking at all. she's no owen wilson, that's for sure!

2. i am officially allowed on a military base. not that i was banned before, but now i have my military ID again. :) the po2(petty officer 2nd class)and i went on base today and got our new ID's. they still had me in the system, but not him. ha ha. the government likes me. and on top of that, the ID pic is better than my driver's license(like that was hard). i love it. best picture ever.

3. the last reason for this post it natalie. i try to update my blog so often for her. so she'll have something fun to read in germany and know what's going on here. also, i called nat after i got my ID and after a glum "congrats", she told me that frank's orders were not extending him one year, but for 3. so she'll be in germany a little longer. she's glum cause some of her friends that she's made there have already received new orders and moved on. it'll be okay, natalie!!! i promise! now that i've edited pictures in, i have some more to add from tonight. mostly aiden and i. we made little indian hats. the boy wasn't thrilled about wearing his.

emily was excited about her hat. she LOVES peter pan and was quoting it in the back seat on the way to papa's this morning. "mr. smee release the princess and take her back to her people. understand?!?!?" ha ha.

i see my favorite indian in 29 hours. so stoked. :)
